Born and raised in Nassau, the son of Wilfred and Shirley Kemp of Blair Estates. Charles graduated from Nassau Christian Academy in 1978 and from the University of South Florida in 1983 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a major in Accounting. Charles successfully completed the AICPA's Certified Public Accountant's exam in 1985 and worked with a public accounting firm until 1987 when he moved into the offshore banking industry where he worked for 13 years. Charles decided to expand his horizons and has always been a people person, so what better way to meet people than to assist them in making one, if not the most significant, purchase in their lifetime. Charles has been working with us since January 2004. He is involved in sales and rentals of various types of property.
